Troubleshooting

If Paper is Jammed in the Printer Output Area

If the paper jams as it exits to the printer exit tray, PAPER JAM will appear 
on the display.  Remove the jammed paper by pulling gently on the paper as 
shown in the diagram below.

CAUTION: If there is resistance when you pull the paper, and it does not 
move easily when you pull, stop pulling. Continue with the next section, If 
Paper is Jammed Inside the Machine.
