Speed Dial You can dial a telephone number with one touch
of the button using pre-stored telephone numbers
in memory.
System reports Your machine can print many different system
reports including: Help List, Message
Confirmation Report, Schedule Information List,
Telephone Number List, System Data List,
Transmission or Reception Journal, Multi-
Communication Report, Call Back Message, and
Power Failure Report.
TEL LINE This is a jack on the back of your machine into
which you plug the telephone line cord for all
phone-related purposes.
TEL Mode
In TEL Mode, your machine is set for you to
manually answer any call. If you hear a fax
signal, you then press the Start button and
hang up the handset of the external phone to
begin receiving the fax.
