12.3.1.15 Receive Frame Descriptor Pointer Register (RDPReg)
The Receive Frame Descriptor Pointer Register contains the address of the first frame
Descriptor for reception. The system must set this register to a properly initialized frame
Descriptor before enabling reception. A valid address must be aligned to a 16-byte boundary.
Upon the completion of reset, this register’s default value is 0x0000_0000.

The Current Descriptor Pointer Register contains the address of the last Frame Descriptor
which the MAC DMA accessed. Upon the completion of reset, this register’s default value is
0x0000_0000.
