Ozonator Solenoid
Controls gas flow though the ozonator.
Perm 1 Solenoid
Controls gas flow though the permeation oven.
Perm 2 Solenoid
Directs gas flow to the reaction chamber or to exhaust.
Reaction Chamber
Solenoid
Directs gas flow to the reaction chamber or to exhaust.
Zero Air Solenoid
Shuts off zero air when the system is in standby to minimize zero air usage.
External/Internal Solenoid
Used to select either the external ozone sample or the internal ozone sample
for measurement.
Span Gas Solenoids
Control flow through independent gas inlets depending on the mode being
controlled.
Photometer Capillary
Reduces gas flow to the photometer.
Ozonator Capillary
Reduces gas flow to the ozonator.
Pressure Gauge Capillary
Used in conjunction with the pressure regulator to control flow through the
ozonator.
Pump Capillary
Controls flow pressure on the photometer.
Mixing Chamber
Mixes the gas dilutions provided the mass flow controllers.
Manifold
Distributes gas from various sources to an analyzer.
Mass Flow Controllers
Governs high gas flow to control diluting zero air and governs low gas flow
for controlling gas to be diluted.
