Pump Rebuilding
Use the following procedure to rebuild the pump (
). To replace
the pump, see
“Pump Replacement (Photometer option)”
in
the “Servicing” chapter.
Equipment Required:
Flatblade screwdriver
Pump rebuild kit (flapper valve and diaphragm)
1. Turn instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the cover.
2. Loosen the fittings and remove both lines going to the pump.

Equipment Damage
Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap must
be worn while handling any internal component.
