Pump Replacement
(Photometer option)
For instruments with the photometer option, use the following procedure to
replace the pump (see
in the “Preventive Maintenance” chapter.
Equipment Required:
110V pump
Philips screwdriver
1. Turn instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the cover.
2. Disconnect pump power line from AC PUMP connector on the
measurement interface board.

3. Remove both lines from pump.
4. Loosen the four captive screws holding the pump to the mounting plate
and remove the pump.
Equipment Damage
Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap must
be worn while handling any internal component.
