3. Loosen the Allen screws (4) securing the photometer to the floor plate
(
) and remove the photometer.
4. Remove four (4) mounting screws on the lamp heater and remove the
heater.
5. Install the new lamp heater and secure with the four (4) mounting
screws.

Replacement
(Photometer option)
Use the following procedure to replace the photometer (
Equipment required:
Photometer
Allen wrench, 7/64-inch
Open-end wrench, 9/16-inch
Use the following procedure to replace the photometer.
1. Turn instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the cover.
2. Disconnect the plumbing and electrical connections.
3. Loosen the four (4) socket head retaining screws securing the
photometer to the floor plate (
) and remove the photometer.
4. Perform the previous steps in reverse to install the new photometer.
5. Calibrate the instrument. Refer to the “Calibration” chapter in this
manual.
Equipment Damage
Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap must
be worn while handling any internal component.
