Use the following procedure to replace the cooling fan for the mass flow
controllers (
Equipment Required:

Philips screwdriver
1. Turn instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the cover.
2. Remove the mass flow controllers. Refer to
3. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fan.
4. Remove the fan mounting screws (4) and nuts and remove the fan.
5. Install the new fan using the previous steps in reverse.

Equipment Damage
Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap must
be worn while handling any internal component.
