Fan Replacement -
Rear Panel
Use the following procedure to replace the rear panel fan (
).
Equipment Required:
Fan
Philips screwdriver
1. Turn instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the cover.
2. Remove the measurement bench. Refer to
Bench and Lowering the Partition Panel”
.
3. Pull the power connector off the fan.
4. Remove the fan guard from the fan and remove the filter.
5. Remove the four fan mounting screws and remove the fan.
6. Install a new fan following the previous steps in reverse.
Equipment Damage
Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap must
be worn while handling any internal component.
