TIME SETTINGS
Select the time parameter configuration window by clicking on the tab
Time parameters
.
To set the time parameters click on the items and enter the value requested.
z
Entry time 1 and 2 for the delayed zones (mm:ss)
it is possible to program two different entry times. The entry time is the interval between the detection and the
release of an alarm (from 0 to 59 minutes and 59 seconds).
z
Exit time for the delayed zones (mm:ss)
The exit time is the interval between arming of the control panel and the actual detection of an alarm (from 0 to
59 minutes and 59 seconds).
z
Disarming confirmation delay (mm:ss)
The disarming confirmation delay is the period of time available for entering a user code as a confirmation of
disarming by key (see key programming). If the delay is set with 0, entering of a key will disarm the program. If the
delay is set with values different from 0, disarming of the program has to be confirmed by a valid code. If the
confirmation of disarming is missing, upon expiry of the delay, a hold-up alarm is released and the alarm outputs
programmed are activated. If programmed accordingly, even the quick disarming command is accepted.
z
Channel activation delay (mm:ss)
The channel activation delay is the period of time between the detection of an alarm and the activation of the
telephone channels (alarm call cycle).
z
Siren activation delay (mm:ss)
The siren activation delay is the period of time between the detection of an alarm and the activation of the sirens.
If the delay is set with a value higher than siren cut-off (sounding time), the sirens will not be activated. For
instance, if the sirens are cut-off after 2 minutes sounding and the siren activation delay is set with 1 minute and
30 seconds, the sirens will only sound for 30 seconds.
z
Alarm (mm:ss)
Defines the duration of alarm signaling (indoor/outdoor/wireless sirens and supervisory boards) in case of
program alarm.
z
Tamper (mm:ss)
Defines the duration of alarm signaling (indoor/outdoor/wireless sirens and supervisory boards) in case of tamper
alarm.
Tamper alarm is released if the tamper input (ZT) is opened or one of the peripherals connected via serial bus is
tampered with.
z
Technical alarm (mm:ss)
Defines the duration of alarm signaling (indoor/outdoor/wireless sirens and supervisory boards) in case of
technical alarm.
Technical alarm is released in case of opening of a detector/contact connected to a technical zone (see zone
configuration).
z
Hold-up alarm (mm:ss)
Defines the duration of alarm signaling (indoor/outdoor/wireless sirens and supervisory boards) in case of hold-up
alarm.
Hold-up alarm is released in case of opening of a detector/contact connected to a hold-up zone (see zone
configuration).
z
End of by-pass warning (mm:ss)
Defines the duration of warning (buzzer of the consoles) prior to end of by-pass.
z
Automatic arming warning (mm:ss)
Defines the duration of warning (buzzer of the consoles) prior to automatic arming (see timer configuration).
z
Antimasking filter (mm:ss)
Defines the time the jamming signal has to last before an antimasking alarm is released.
The alarm is released if the control panel detects an interference with the same frequency as the transmission
frequency of the wireless detectors of the system and if this interference lasts for a time superior to the
antimasking filter.
z
Delay power failure signaling (hh:mm)
Defines the delay between the detection of power failure (230V missing) and the alarm release (activation of the
alarm call cycle). Permits to delay the alarm calls for power failure so as to avoid false alarms in case of sudden
voltage drops or temporary disconnection of mains power for maintenance on the electric installation etc.
z
Maximum by-pass time (hh:mm)
Defines the maximum duration of by-pass.
z
Supervision intervall (hh:mm)
Defines the period of time a wireless devices must lack any communication with the control panel before a
supervision alarm is released. Supervision alarm is released if any of the wireless devices controlled by the
control panel does not communicate with the control panel for a time superior to the superivsion intervall
programmed.
