The operation of the user interface requires the SIGRA Plugin.
Change the buffer mechanism as follows:

Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
✧
Select the
Tools
menu in the menu bar of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
✧
Select
Internet options
from the
Tools
menu.
✧
In the
Internet options
dialog, open the
General
tab.
✧
In the window of the
General
tab, select the
Settings
icon.
NOTE
Only Microsoft Internet Explorer supports the SIGRAPlugin. Other Web browsers, for example Firefox, do not
support the SIGRAPlugin.
