A05002 (N)
Power unit: Air intake overtemperature
Reaction:
NONE
Acknowledge:
NONE
Cause:
For chassis power units, the following applies:
The alarm threshold for the air intake overtemperature has been reached. For air-cooled power units, the threshold
is 42 °C (hysteresis 2 K). The response is set using p0290.
If the air intake temperature increases by an additional 13 K, then fault F30035 is output.
Remedy:
Check the following:
- is the ambient temperature within the defined limit values?
- has the fan failed? Check the direction of rotation.
A05003 (N)
Power unit: Internal overtemperature
Reaction:
NONE
Acknowledge:
NONE
Cause:
For chassis power units, the following applies:
The alarm threshold for internal overtemperature has been reached.
If the temperature inside the power unit increases by an additional 5 K, then fault F30036 is triggered.
Remedy:
Check the following:
- is the ambient temperature within the defined limit values?
- has the fan failed? Check the direction of rotation.
A05006 (N)
Power unit: Overtemperature thermal model
Reaction:
NONE
Acknowledge:
NONE
Cause:
The temperature difference between the chip and heat sink has exceeded the permissible limit value (blocksize
power units only).
Depending on p0290, an appropriate overload response is initiated.
See also: r0037 (Power unit temperatures)
Remedy:
None necessary.
The alarm disappears automatically once the limit value is undershot.
Note:
If the alarm does not disappear automatically and the temperature continues to rise, this can result in fault F30024.

F06310 (A)
Supply voltage (p0210) incorrectly parameterized
Reaction:
NONE (OFF1, OFF2)
Acknowledge:
IMMEDIATELY (POWER ON)
Cause:
The measured DC voltage lies outside the tolerance range after pre-charging has been completed: 1.16 * p0210 <
r0070 < 1.6 * p0210.
The fault can only be acknowledged when the drive is powered down.
See also: p0210 (Drive unit line supply voltage)
Remedy:
- check the parameterized supply voltage and if required change (p0210).
- check the line supply voltage.
