DELETING A DOC UM ENT FROM THE PUBLIC
BOX
Overview
Delete a document from the memory box (public box) when it is no longer required.
Operation
Tap the [Others] key, and tap the [M emory Box] key.
Tap the [Polling Memory] tab.
Tap the [Public Box] key f rom the folder list.
Tap the [Empty out Box] key.
Tap the [Yes] key.
The document is deleted and you return to the screen of step 2.
You can tap the [Image Check] key to check the image in the touch panel
before deleting it.
