OPERATION SETTINGS
Settings related to the image send function (E-mail, Internet fax, etc.) can be configured.
The operation settings below apply to all image send functions.
D efault Set tings
Hol d settings f or a while after scanning has been com pleted.
Use this setting to hold the settings after scanning is completed (until Auto Clear Mode
activates).
Job Auto Start Tim e During Scanning
Set the time until timeout occurs after the original is scanned. Set from 10 to 240 seconds
in increments of 10 seconds.
Def ault Display Settings
Select any of the following 5 base screens that appear when you tap the [Image Send] key
or when you tap the ([CA] key) on the Image Send Mode screen.
Network Folder
FTP/Desktop
Internet Fax
Fax
Data Entry
Apply Addresses of S ending Modes Only
When an address is selected from the address book, only the addresses displayed in
narrowing mode are applied.
Higher priority is given to the display of address book
If image send mode is enabled, the Address Book is displayed in place of the initial screen
of this mode.
