Overview
As a new registration, add an address you have entered via fax or image send operations to the
address book.
Operation
Be sure to enter [Name] and [Initial].
To specify a category, select one from a category list that appears when the entry box is
tapped.

In fax or image send m ode, tap the [S elect among addresses recently sent to] key on the
action panel
Select one address you want to register in the address book from t he send logs, and then
tap the [New Registration with Address Book] key on the action panel
W hen you tap [Additio nal Reg is tration with Addre ss Book] on th e ac tion pan e l, you c an add the
addre ss to a c ontac t stored in th e addre ss book.
Tap the [Contacts] k ey to enter basic information
If u se r au th e ntic ation is en able d, the tab for addre ss pu blication se ttin g appears. Se tting addre ss
public ation e n able s stored " Con tacts" and "Grou p" to be sh ared with in a spec ified g rou p or
stored as person al c ontac ts th at only you are allowe d to ac c ess.
