Overview
When the machine cannot print because it is out of paper or out of toner, received faxes
can be forwarded to another previously stored fax machine.
This function is convenient in an office or work area that has two or more telephone
lines and another fax machine is connected to a different line than the machine.
Operation
Tap the [Settings] key on the Home screen.
Select [S ystem Settings] and tap the [Fax Dat a Receive/Forward] key.
If some page s of a fax that is bein g forwarde d we re s u cc e ssfu lly prin te d, o nly
th ose page s th at w ere not prin ted w ill be forw arde d.
A forwarde d fax be c ome s a fax transmission job. If tran smission do es n ot take
plac e be c au se the transmission was can c e le d or an error oc c u rre d, th e fax w ill be
h eld in me mory u ntil it c an be prin te d.
