1/4 of a cube of fresh yeast or 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
Procedure:
Wash the buckwheat barley under running water. Then pour warm water over it and let
it soak for about 2 -3 hours. Before preparing the dough they are drained (the water may be used in
the dough) and we leave a part of the buckwheat for sprinkling on the bread - this is done before the
fi nal rising. We add the softened buckwheat together with the fl our.
Bread maker setting:
Programme BASIC WHITE / size 1000 g / crust MEDIUM
GARLIC BREAD WITH BLUE CHEESE
Ingredients:
350 ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1.5 tablespoons of oil
1/2 of a cup of crushed blue cheese
4 - 5 crushed cloves of garlic
140 g of fi ne fl our
200 g of whole wheat fl our
200 g of wholegrain rye fl our
1 teaspoon of dry yeast or 1/4 of cube of fresh yeast
Bread maker setting:
Programme WHOLEWHEAT / size 1000 g / crust MEDIUM
DARK CHOCOLATE BREAD
Ingredients:
400 ml of water
4 table spoons of powder sugar
1,5 teaspoons of salt
400 g of fi ne wheat fl our
100 g of cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of dry yeast or 1/2 of fresh yeast

Programme BASIC (standard bread) / size 1000 g / crust MEDIUM
MARMALADE MAKING RECIPE
Ingredients:
500 g of fruit
165 g of gelatine sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Procedure:
Clean the fruit thoroughly, depending on type peel it (e.g. peach), remove the stones (e.g. cherries),
and mix in a mixer. Then pour the mix into the baking container, add the other ingredients and start
the programme. After the programme fi nishes we pour the marmalade into jars, which were sterilized
for 20 minutes in the over at 150°C beforehand. Then we put the lids on and turn the jars upside
down so that the lids gain hold.
