4. Scan area
Press [Personal Folder] to store a scanned file in a personal folder or a limited shared folder. Press [Shared
Folder] to store a scanned file in the "AllUsers" folder.
5. [Connecting Code]
Press [Connecting Code] to display the connecting code that allows smart devices to access the MFP.
• To select a personal folder in the print or scan area, you need to log in to the machine.
• You may need to log in to the machine to select the shared folder, depending on the security
settings.
• Set the text size of the browser to "Medium". If you display the top page using text size other than
"Medium", the layout of the screen may collapse. For details to change the text size, see the
manuals provided with your MFP.
• When using an MFP equipped with the Smart Operation Panel, you can place a widget for the e-
Sharing Box. The widget displays the list of files you have recently used in e-Sharing Box. Select a
file name to open the printing screen.
