Notification by Lights and Beeps
RICOH e-Sharing Box notifies you of its status with lamps and beeps. If it is operating normally, the
status lamp lights green and the function lamp lights blue.
• When the Status lamp lights up or flashes green, the hard disk is operating. Do not disconnect the
power cord. Doing so may cause data loss or malfunctions.
A beep sounds if a system error occurs. Press the [Func.] button to stop the beeping temporarily. If the
cause of the error is not resolved, the beep will sound again after an hour has passed.
Contact your service representative if a malfunction or fault occurs.
