You have forgotten the user
password. Ask your administrator to create a new password.
You do not know the IP address of
RICOH e-Sharing Box. • Check whether the shortcut to the machine is displayed
in "Network" in Windows.
• Confirm the IP address with your administrator.
You cannot access the machine from
web browsers or smart devices
although you can access it from
Explorer on your computer. Contact your service representative.
Excel files are not displayed correctly
on your smart device. Specify the page and print settings using Excel, and store
them again in RICOH e-Sharing Box.
You cannot see Microsoft Office files
on your smart device. Open the file using Microsoft Office, and then save it using
one of the following extensions: .docx, .xlsx, or .pptx.
