Executing the workflow
When the MFP receives faxes, it transfers the received faxes to the "Transferred Fax" folder under the
"3.Workflows" folder.
When the received faxes are stored in the "Transferred Fax" folder, the machine automatically converts
them into PDF files and stores them in the "Fax PDF" folder. Following this, an e-mail notifying you that
the workflow is complete is sent to abc@xyz.co.jp.
How to confirm the received faxes
If you configure e-mail settings to receive e-mails sent to abc@xyz.co.jp while you are outside the
office, you will be notified by e-mail whenever you receive faxes. To check the received faxes,
access the "Fax PDF" folder via a relay server and browse the PDF files stored in it.
If you can directly access this machine, click the link written in the notification e-mail to open the
PDF file of the fax.
