Note: You can display additional options by pressing the Cursor Down ( ) key.

Select the file you want to downline. To do this, enter the number listed next to

the file you want to downline.

3.

Press CASH.

Note: Do not select the "All PLU" option without first reading the PLU Downlining

procedures.

If the file you select is successfully downlined to all workstations, an asterisk (*)

appears next to its number. If an asterisk does not display, try to send the file

again. Also make sure the workstations are not in the middle of a report or

program screen. 

4.

You can press CLEAR and repeat steps 2 - 3 to downline additional files.

5.

When all files are downlined, press CASH to return to the P1 Mode menu.
