Training Mode

MANAGER OPERATIONS

Training Mode

One of the options listed on your MGR Mode menu is Training Mode. This lets you place

the workstation in a "practice" operating mode. New cashiers and servers can use this

feature to get hands-on system experience, without affecting daily totals. You can use it

for any of the REG Mode transactions described in Section 2 or Section 3 of this manual.

Transactions you enter affect only the Training Grand Total.

Use these procedures to turn on or turn off Training Mode.

Turning On Training Mode

Use this procedure to place the workstation in Training Mode.

1.

Turn the keylock to MGR position. The MGR Mode menu is displayed.

Select the Training Mode option. The Training Mode menu, shown here, is

displayed.
