ON when an error occurs in a
data exchange between the CPU
Unit and a CS/CJ-series CPU
Bus Unit (including an error in the
CS/CJ-series CPU Bus Unit it-
self).
The CPU Unit will continue oper-
ating and the ERR/ALM indicator
on the front of the CPU Unit will
flash. The CS/CJ-series CPU Bus
Unit where the error occurred will
stop operating and the unit
number of the Unit where the
data exchange error occurred is
indicated in A417.
(This flag will be turned OFF
when the error is cleared.)

ON when an error occurs in a
data exchange between the CPU
Unit and the Inner Board (in-
cluding an error in the Inner
Board itself).
The CPU Unit will continue oper-
ating and the ERR/ALM indicator
on the front of the CPU Unit will
flash. The Inner Board will stop
operating and details on the error
will be written to A424.
(This flag will be turned OFF
when the error is cleared.)
