These bits select the starting position (offset) of the ’A’ parameter within the selected logical segment.
For (MAA Word Size) from 1..256
• x0b: No offset
• x1b: Offset by +16 (increase 0x10) bytes
For (MAA Word Size) from 257..512
• 00b: No offset
• 01b: Offset by +16 (increase 0x10) bytes
• 10b: Offset by +32 (increase 0x20) bytes
• 11b: Offset by +48 (increase 0x30) bytes
