Set by hardware when the associated interrupt condition occurs. This is not a standard interrupt flag; instead it is a non-maskable, asynchronous output that goes
directly to the associated interrupt detector in the PMU. This will occur even if the AFE/ADC AMBA bus clock has been turned off for power savings reasons.
