Writing to this register issues a pulse to the selected WUD pad mode[0] for one clock.
The effect on the pad behavior depends on the Wake-Up Pad Signal Mode as set in WUD_CTRL.
• 0 = Clr WUD/Weak
• 1 = Set WUD Act Hi
• 2 = Set Weak Hi
• 3 = No pad state change
