3. Remove the screw and grid tension plate, then the main charger grid.
4. Remove the main charger front and rear lids.
5. Remove the charger wire retainer pin and charger spring, then the charger wire.

6. Wind the new tungsten wire at least five turns around one end of the charger spring, and
trim the end of the wire.
• The length of the twists and the cut wire must be less than 2 mm.
7. Hook the other end of the charger spring to the charger terminal of the main charger rear
housing.
8. Run the wire through the notch in the charger wire retainer pin and pull it tight so that
the distance from the end of the charger spring to the notch in the main charger rear
housing is between 2 and 4 mm.
9. Insert the retainer pin into the projection of the main charger front housing to fix the
charger wire.
10. Cut off the excess wire under the retainer pin so less than 2 mm protrudes.
