bias wire or it makes
poor contact.
B. Defective main PCB.

voltage transformer
PCB.
Check the drum visually. If it is flawed, replace (see page
3-3-40).
Check for poor developing bias wire contact.
Clean any part contaminated with toner or carrier in the
developing section.
Check the developing bias wire. If there is any problem,
replace it.
Run simulation 10 and check if CN1-20 on the main PCB
goes low. If not, replace the main PCB.
If no developing bias voltage is output in simulation 10
after the main PCB has been found to be normal, replace
the high-voltage transformer PCB.
