76 Checking/clearing the service call counts
1. Enter 76 with the numeric keys.
2. Press the print key. A service call code and its
count appear alternately on the copy quantity dis-
play.
3. Press the paper select key to check the counts of
other service call codes.
• To clear an individual service call count
4. Select the code to be cleared with the paper select
key and set the value to 0 with the zoom-up/down
keys.
5. Press the print key. The count of the selected code
is cleared.
• To clear all the service call counts
6. Press the all clear/reset key. All the service call
counts are reset to 0.
7. Press the stop/clear key.
