(9) Adjusting the auto exposure (AE sensor) reference value
Procedure
Enter simulation mode.
Enter 22 with the numeric keys.
Start
End
Press the print key.
Select mode 2 with the paper
select key.
Check that exposure is correctly
set in (8) Setting the exposure
amount.
Place ten sheets of A3/11"
×
17"
plain white paper on the contact
glass.
Press the all clear/reset key (to
prescan repeatedly).
Press the all clear/reset key (to
start prescanning).
Place the NTC on the contact
glass.
Select mode 3 with the paper
select key.
Press the all clear/reset key
(to start prescanning).
Place the NPTC on the contact
glass.
Press the stop/clear key.
Exit simulation mode.
Select mode 1 with the paper
select key.
