The indicator displayed for each temperature setting is shown below.
(2) How to change the temperature
With each recognized press of the [
temperature setting UP arrow
] switch, the temperature setting value is increased
by one level
(towards HOT).
The temperature cannot be increased when HOT MAX is displayed.
Similarly, with each recognized press of the
[
temperature setting DOWN arrow
] switch, the temperature setting
value is decreased by one level
(towards COOL).
The temperature cannot be decreased when COOL MAX is displayed.

The indicator displayed for each air outlet setting is shown below.
(2) How to change the air outlet mode
With each recognized press of the [air outlet mode] switch, the air outlet mode changes in the sequence VENT2
→
FOOT & DEF
→
FOOT
→
VENT1
→
VENT2
→
and so on.
It only changes to the DEF mode when it recognizes that the
[
DEF
] switch was pressed. Then if it recognizes that
the [air outlet mode] switch was pressed again, it switches back to the mode prior to recognizing that the [
DEF
]
switch was pressed.
Note that the air outlet mode will not change if the [
DEF
]
switch is pressed again when it is already in the DEF
position.
