18. Driving the machine

18-3 Specialized driving

(321A-0038-3E)

This machine features three specialized driving modes

―

low range

driving, rear steering, and four-wheel drive modes.
When a specialized driving mode is selected, the specialized driving
indicator lamp lights on the cluster meter panel.

Make sure the specialized driving indicator lamp is not lit before drive on a public road. If lit,

check the high/low speed switch, the rear steering lock/release switch and the two/four wheel

drive switch.

Use high range for normal drive and switch to low range for driving on particularly steep roads or even or soft

ground, or for pick and carry operation. When you set low range, four-wheel drive is selected automatically.
