22. Crane operation when the outriggers are used
(2) Control panel on the side of the lower structure
1)
Extension/retraction switch
(
self-reset type
)
This switch allows extending or retracting the horizontal or vertical cylinders.
2)
Horizontal/vertical selection switch
This selects which cylinder is actuated by the extension/retraction switch for the outrigger
(s) selected using the
individual or all-outrigger operation switches.
3) Individual operation switches
These switches are used to operate outriggers individually. Switch ON the switch corresponding to the outrigger
position to be operated.
If an individual operation switch is selected, the engine speed will not increase even if the extension/retraction
switch is operated.
1 Left-rear outrigger operation switch
2 Right-rear outrigger operation switch
3 Left-front outrigger operation switch
4 Right-front outrigger operation switch
4) All-outrigger operation switch
This switch is used to operate all four outriggers at the same time.
Switching it ON operates all four outriggers, regardless of the individual operation switch positions.
If the extension/retraction switch is operated when this switch is ON, the engine speed increases automatically.
・
Only use the outrigger control panel on the side of the lower structure in an emergency.
・
When you operate the switches on the outrigger control panel, the ACS outrigger setting status
will be canceled and the ACS will switch to the "working status setting screen".
・
When you have used the outrigger control switches, insert the outrigger stopper pins and
check the outrigger extension widths and check that all four outriggers are in the positions
indicated on the ACS display, then press the ACS setting switch to reset the outrigger
extension widths.
If it is not reset on the ACS, the crane cannot be operated.
