(2)
ACS emergency switch
(
self-reset type
)
In an emergency such as a malfunction in ACS-related devices or
crane stop etc. has occurred due to overload, set this switch to the
"release" position to take appropriate emergency actions regardless
of the ACS. At this time, the crane operating speed will be
restricted to a low speed.
The ACS emergency switch is only used to take emergency action to avoid a serious accident.
Before crane operation, take the key off the switch and it must be kept by the safety supervisor.
If the ACS emergency switch is set to the "release" position intentionally when operating the
crane, the crane tipping over or other serious accident can be caused.

(3) Level gauge
Use this level gauge to confirm that the machine is level when the
machine is supported on outriggers.
In some cases, this level gauge might indicate a different tilt status
than the level gauge installed on the lower structure, depending on
the boom length or slewing angle of the slewing upper structure.
Even if the machine is properly leveled on level firm ground,
depending on the boom length and slewing angle, this level gauge
can indicate the machine is not level.
(4) Slewing brake switch
Setting this switch to the "BRAKE" position engages the slewing
brake.
Switching it to the "RELEASE" side turns the pilot lamp ON and
releases the slewing brake.
・
Apply the slewing brake after slewing has stopped.
The slewing brake must not be used for slowing or stopping the crane from slewing.
・
The slewing brake can be disengaged by switching the slewing brake switch to the "release"
position only if the PTO switch is switched to "ON".
