Confirming that the keys are removed from the ACS emergency switch and bridging device key switch
Confirm that the keys are not in the ACS emergency switch on the front panel and bridging device key switch on
the front of the left machine compartment.
These switches are provided to avert possible danger in an emergency. Therefore, give the keys to the safety
supervisor when on the work site.
The ACS emergency switch and bridging device key switch are only used to take emergency
action to avoid a serious accident. Before crane operation, take the keys off the switches and they
must be kept by the safety supervisor. If the ACS emergency switch and bridging device key
switch are set to the "release" position intentionally when operating the crane, the crane tipping
over or other serious accident can be caused.

(7) Control lever position
Sit in the operator's seat and tilt the control levers

boom derricking/lowering lever and winch levers
) forward to
their operating position and secure them in place.
(8) Length of control levers
Loosen the lever length adjustment grip and adjust the lever length, then secure it in place by retightening the grip.

If the control levers are in the tilted position (tilted rearward)
, the crane is automatically in the
stopped mode and cannot be moved even if the crane control levers or pedals are operated.
