Place the LUDOX
®
or
glycogen in the sample
holder.

Click
the
Con-
tinue button.
The system rotates through the polarizers as shown in the checklist on the win-
dow. As each phase is completed, the checkboxes are updated.
If the sample is too
concentrated or dilute, the
software prompts you to
correct this.
