Special Precautions: Attaching a Cutter Pen

Attaching a Cutter Pen

WARNING: To avoid bodily injury, do not touch the pen tip after the plotter is turned

on.

Follow the procedure below to attach a cutter pen to the pen carriage.

Make sure that the pen holder

screw is loose.

While positioning the pen
holder upward, push the cutter
pen all the way into the holder
until its rim contacts the pen
stopper.

Once the pen has been prop-

erly mounted, tighten the
screw.
