Air Flow Direction
The air flow direction is from the front of the GigaVUE chassis to the rear. The
rear-mounted fans pull air from the front to the back of the chassis. For environments
with hot/cold aisles, install the chassis so the intake air at the front of the chassis is
cold.
AC- and DC-Powered GigaVUE-HC3
Gigamon provides both AC- and DC-powered versions of the GigaVUE-HC3. Both
models support the same control modules and can be populated with the modules of
your choice. Refer to

for
information on connecting DC power supply modules.
