The Summit X450 series of switches consists of the following switches:

Summit X450-24t Switch
The Summit X450-24t switch is a compact unit 1.75 inches high (1 U) that has the following features:

24 auto-sensing ports that include:

20 fixed 10/100/1000 BASE-T ports that deliver high-density copper connectivity for 20 Gbps
(ports 5-24)
■
Four combination ports that provide 10/100/1000 BASE-T or mini-GBIC connectivity for 4 Gbps
of copper or fiber connectivity (ports 1-4)

Two high-performance stacking ports

Optional: Summit XGM-2xn option card, which allows you to add up to two 10 Gigabit XENPAK
modules

Redundant power input connector for use with the EPS-160 External Power Module (Model No.
10907). When this power supply is used with the Summit X450-24t switch, the power supplies
(internal and redundant) are fully fault tolerant and load-sharing. If one power supply fails, the
other power supply will provide sufficient power to operate the switch.
