Select the volume to be connected and click
Connect
.
The connected volume is added as a local drive in Computer (or My Computer). Repeat these steps on each computer to
connect multiple volumes.
Note:
If using Windows XP or Windows 2000, use LVM to create volumes that are 2 TB or smaller.
Mutual Authentication with the TeraStation
The TeraStation can perform mutual authentication (two-way authentication). Dual passwords ensure that only
authorized client computers can access the volume on the TeraStation.
