To update from Settings:

In Settings, click
Management
.

Choose
Update
.

Click
Install Update
.
You can also download the firmware from www.buffalotech.com.
Note:
Settings is not available while the firmware is updating. Don’t try to access Settings from another computer
until the update is complete.
Name, Date, Time, and Language
Configure the TeraStation’s hostname, date, time, and language as follows.

If the TeraStation is being used as an iSCSI hard drive, to change the settings, navigate to
Drives

tab, then configure the TeraStation’s name and description.

Time
tab.
Click
Use Local Date/Time
to use your computer’s time settings for the TeraStation.
