Pipette Map
Using a single-channel pipette:
l
Pipette
200 µL
of the
17.6 ng/mL (100 nM) MUB
solution into well D7.
l
Pipette 200 µL of the buffer solution into wells C9, D9, and E9.
Using a multi-channel pipette with just four tips installed:
l
Pipette
150 μL
of the buffer into wells C2-F5. Discard the tips.
l
Pipette 150 μL of the
17.6 ng/mL (100 nM) MUB
solution into column 1.
l
Pipette 150 μL of the 17.6 ng/mL (100 nM) MUB solution into column 2. Mix the wells
using the pipette. Do not discard the tips.
l
Aspirate 150 μL from column 2 and dispense into column 3. Mix the wells using the
pipette. Do not discard the tips.
l
Aspirate 150 μL from column 3 and dispense into column 4. Mix the wells using the
pipette. Do not discard the tips.
l
Aspirate 150 μL from column 4 and dispense into column 5. Mix the wells using the
pipette. Do not discard the tips.
l
Aspirate 150 μL from column 5. Discard the solution and the tips.
