whenever the motor speed is above or below the internal threshold with respect to the programmed Scan Speed.

Laser Failure

For TCNM-AD/EX scanners, it defines the message string (up to 128 bytes) that will be sent as a diagnostic message

whenever a laser failure has occurred.

Oscillating Mirror Failure

For TCNM-AD/EX scanners, it defines the message string (up to 128 bytes) that will be sent as a diagnostic message

whenever the oscillating mirror has not been recognized.

Oscillating Mirror Data Consistency Error

For TCNM-AD/EX scanners, it defines the message string (up to 128 bytes) that will be sent as a diagnostic message

whenever a checksum error has occurred on the oscillating mirror onboard settings.

Start/Stop Input Failure

It defines the message string (up to 128 bytes) that will be sent as a diagnostic message whenever a start/stop input

failure is present.

Presence Sensor Stuck Timeout

It defines the message string (up to 128 bytes) that will be sent as a diagnostic message whenever a presence sensor

stuck timeout is present.

No Phase Warning

Timeout expires (no phase activity - on or off).

Focus Displacement

It defines the message string (up to 128 bytes) that will be sent as a diagnostic message whenever the actual focus

position doesn't match the Locked Position saved in the scanner configuration memory. This alarm is generated when

the focus position has exceeded the allowable tolerance.

DIGITIZER: Motor Failure

above or below the internal threshold with respect to the programmed Scan Speed.
