Manual synchronisation
Whether you have enabled or disabled the automatic synchronisation
during configuration of the Google contact group (check box
synchronisation active
) or not, you can always manually initiate the
synchronisation with the contact group stored in Gmail.
The Google contact group is synchronised with the respective contact group
stored in Gmail. The symbol of the Google contact group on the page

data > Address books > Contacts & assignment
shows you whether
synchronisation was successful. The symbols have the following meaning:
Note:
If the contact group stored in Gmail contains more than 2000
contacts, only the first 2000 contacts will be imported into the Google
contact group, the rest will be ignored.
New
A new contact group is added.
The Google contact group has not yet been synchronised and does
not contain any contacts.
Synchronisation was successful.
Synchronisation is still being carried out.
Synchronisation was not successful.
