Note:
If it is not clear whether it is a fax or not, the call will be signaled to the
subscriber or it will be accepted by the voice mailbox.
If a fax call is accepted by the subscriber, it can be forwarded to a fax
box by means of blind transfer.
A fax call which is accepted by a voice mailbox will not be forwarded to
a fax box.

Requirements:

Created voice mailbox for the internal subscriber:
Both the subscriber and the selected voice mailbox will be automatically
called for all incoming calls made to the internal number of the subscriber.
Important:
The PBX supports only one central answering machine. An
answering machine at the COMfortel system phone will be disabled as
soon as a voice mailbox is selected for the subscriber. Querying and
deleting voice messages as well as replaying own announcements is still
possible. The call recording function can be used.
Note:
If call forwarding immediately (subscriber/group), the boss/
secretary function (system phone) or a waiting field reception (for one
waiting field group, one enabled waiting field reception is sufficient) is
enabled, the call will not be made to the voice mailbox!
