CSV FILE
A csv file (* .csv) is loaded into the PBX via the Configuration Manager.
IMPORT
Select an import template.
PREVIEW
Display the entries in the CSV file.
csv export
You can export individual contact groups, all contacts with the same initial
letter or the entire contacts list from
All contacts
view in a single text file
(*.csv).
Important:
Note the following legal notes before saving the contacts.
It might be that the contacts include the following legally especially
protected components:
- Private and work addresses
- Private and work phone and fax numbers
- The birthday
- A photo of the person (in connection with the data backup)
- The electronic contact addresses (private and work), e. g. the e-mail
address
- The position and department within a company
