The overview of automatic receptions shows the configured destinations
which were entered for all configured automatic receptions.
The print view opens.
Voice mail/fax function
Proceed as follows:

Overviews > Voice mail/fax
function
)
All created voice mail and fax boxes are displayed in the overview. The
following information is shown in the columns of the table:
• Type
: The box type (voice mail or fax box) is indicated.
• Phone number
or
Name
: Shows the phone numbers and names of the
created voice mail and fax boxes. By clicking on the corresponding
name in the column header the table can be sorted.
• Number of messages
: Shows the number of the stored messages
(
Stored
) and the maximum number of messages (
Maximum
) per box.
