Preventing emergency calls
Emergency calls cannot be made. The subscriber hears a corre-
sponding announcement. This function is for example useful for remote
extensions as the emergency call is issued at the location of the PBX and
not at the location of the remote extension.

The subscriber can not dial the phone numbers entered in the call
restrictor irrespective of his exchange line authorisation. So it restricts the
exchange line authorisation.
