Settings – Functions

Hotel Function

IP address

Port

USB printer

The printer connected to the PBX is used. Printers that are compatible with 
PCL4 printer language (HP Laserjet) are supported. PCL6 or PCL5c 
emulation is downward compatible and includes PCL4.

Network printer

The network printer with the IP address entered is used. Printers with an 
interface compatible with HP JetDirect and the print format PCL3 (and later 
versions) are supported.

Form feed



Each phone bill will be printed out on an individual page.



The phone bills (original do copies or invoices of different 

guests) are printed out in sequence without blank lines.

Number of printouts

Specifies the amount (1-4) of invoices to be printed out (original document 
+ copies).

Note:

 When printing an interim invoice as information for the guest, this 

setting will be ignored. The original document will be printed in all cases.
